  • All registrations are reviewed after you have submitted your request. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an invoice via email. We accept checks via mail and credit card payments through Handshake. Please refer to your invoice for more information. 

    Career Services reserves the right to decline any registration. Please direct your concerns to hireabobcat@txstate.edu.

  • IN-PERSON FAIRS:

    A full refund will be given to employers who cancel up to five business days prior to in person fairs. If a cancellation is received less than five business days before a fair or an employer is a 'no-show' on the day of the fair, no refund will be given, and the employer will be responsible for the full payment of the fair.

    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hireabobcat@txstate.edu

    VIRTUAL FAIRS:

    A full refund will be given to employers who cancel up to one-day prior to virtual fairs. If a cancellation is received the day of a virtual fair or an employer does not participate on the day of the fair, no refund will be given, and the employer will be responsible for the full payment of the fair. 

    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hireabobcat@txstate.edu.

    Some suggestions on successful deliveries:

    • Make sure all shipments are delivered 3 days prior to the fair.
    • Include the name of the career fair on the shipping label of your package.
    • To return your shipment, be sure to provide your own air bill/shipping forms and speak with a Career Services staff member prior to leaving the fair.
